 Chronological age is how long you have existed.  Aging is the decline of biological functions and ability to adapt to metabolic stress. 

 Your healthspan is the period of life where you are free of any aging-related disease.   Sometimes chronological age and biological age are the same for people, but everyone ages at different rates.

 Biological age is how old your cells are.
